Proposal for a high-rise residential development, to a triangular site facing Devil’s Tower and Forbes Road. The scheme includes ground floor commercial areas, three levels of parking and a mixture of apartments ranging from studios to 4-bedroom. A roof-top pool is also provided.
The project was recently submitted for outline planning and is awaiting formal review.
